Biggest Raleigh NC Home Seller Mistakes

Mr. Iafrate reflects on a contract recently where the buyers found a home they loved, completed all the inspections and had done everything they were supposed to do.  The home inspection turned up some major structural defects and termite damage in the home.  The sellers refused to make the necessary repairs and insisted there wasn’t anything wrong with the home.  The buyers promptly terminated the contract and bought a new construction home!  This contract cancellation could have been easily avoided.  This happens 20% of the time according to the survey and graphic below!
